About us Our team Staff and volunteers Caroline Gatenby Caroline oversees and manages program operations. Caroline is an experienced international development, communication, and organisational mentor and strategist; managing and contributing to projects that address economic and gender equity, SDGs, and MDGs with NGOs, UN missions, Red Cross, philanthropic trusts, and foreign governments since 2008. Holding a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Classics, and a Master of Arts, Caroline is currently studying for a Masters of International Development at the University of Melbourne. Caroline is committed to feminist principles, and has an affinity with the women’s empowerment mission of Assisi Aid Projects. Caroline brings a wide range of skills to her role, including: international development; strategic and communication planning; business process improvement; corporate governance; philanthropic giving; executive reporting; capacity development of international teams; editing and technical writing.
