Small Scale Business

Assisi also provides training to enable Groups to commence small-scale business enterprises such as craft production, soap packaging and distribution, silkworms, goat grazing, coconut processing, fish vending, fish drying, sewing and plant propagation.

Loans from the micro-credit co-operatives can assist with the setting up of these small-scale businesses.

These men are participating in Assisi's Sustainable Tribal Empowerment Project (STEP).  They are producing honey to generate income for their families.
